Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; BA in human services preferred.
• Experience: Six months of direct care and positive guidance with youth, young adults, or families in a residential or professional setting.
• Other: Valid Texas driver’s license and willingness to transport clients; de-escalation training/certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and a safe, therapeutic environment for clients.
• Assist with daily living tasks and learning self-care skills.
• Deliver behavioral support and crisis intervention as needed.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities as required.
• Complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner.
