Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Pursuing a degree in a clinical discipline is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with children, youth or young adults is desired.
• Volunteer, internship, or academic experience in behavioral strategies is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and follow agency policies and BHRS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Work with children from 2 to 21 years old.
• Provide IBHS services per the Individual Treatment Plan.
• Deliver IBHS in agreed settings and follow ITPlan goals.
• Document progress and collect data for ITP objectives.
• Involve families and school staff in treatment and feedback.
