Job summary

Glade Run Lutheran Services is seeking a Behavior Health Technician (BHT) in Beaver Falls, PA. This part-time role collaborates with a treatment team to provide intensive behavioral health services to children and youths up to 21 years old, in home, community or school settings.

Requirements include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or high school diploma with training), plus specific BHT/ABA experience and certifications. A comprehensive benefits package and potential incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma required; 40-hour RBT training may be required.
• Two+ years of experience in behavioral health or ABA services; ABA training may be required.
• Certifications: BCaBA, RBT, BCAT or equivalent in behavior health/analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a treatment team including Mobile Therapist, Behavior Consultant, teachers and family.
• Provide services in Allegheny, Butler, and Beaver counties; support children up to age 21.
• Deliver behavioral health treatment using professional staff and natural supports.
• Maintain documentation and meet agency productivity standards.
