Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley is seeking an Arts Specialist at Sands Branch in Glendale, AZ. The role is part-time (10–25 hours/week) with training and orientation provided.

Responsibilities include leading art programs, ensuring safety, and fostering creativity among Club members. Under the Program Director, you will deliver engaging, outcome-driven activities, supervise youth, and support volunteers while upholding the organization's mission and values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Passion for working with youth and facilitating activities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and facilitate art programs.
• Directly run programming in the assigned area.
• Encourage creativity in diverse art forms.
• Plan art exhibitions and display youth work.
• Administer outcome measurement tools.
• Deliver programs with energy and enthusiasm.
