KPC Promise Hospital of SALT LAKE is seeking a part-time RN to lead wound care for diverse patients. The nurse provides direct and indirect care, manages wounds, drains, and associated skin issues, and collaborates with the care team to optimize discharge planning.

Responsibilities include documenting outcomes, monitoring infection risks, and participating in quality improvement. Qualifications include RN graduation, active state license, and wound care certification preferred; strong English

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current state nursing license and renewal per state standards.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect patient care for wound care patients.
• Manage care for draining wounds, fistulas, ulcers, skin breakdown and incontinence.
• Coordinate communication with interdisciplinary team on wound status and barriers to discharge.

Educación

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current state nursing license
