Job summary

Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Wound Care Center in Dallas, TX. This part-time role supports patient intake, discharge, and ongoing wound care coordination under the Wound Care Center Manager/Coordinator.

You will participate in HBO duties after training and collaborate with the Medical Director to align care plans. The ideal candidate holds an ADN with RN licensure and has strong assessment, documentation, and patient-education skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Wound care certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for Wound Care Center patients per standards.
• Handle patient intake and discharge processes.
• Assist in vein clinic as assigned after training.
• May serve as Case Manager for a group of patients.
• Perform nursing assessments, document care plans, and monitor outcomes.
• Collaborate with providers to coordinate patient care.
• Possibly function as scribe per policy.
• Comply with CMS and hospital policies.
