Job summary

WoundGen is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner with interest in wound care to join our Beaumont, TX clinical team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on comprehensive wound assessment, debridement, dressing changes, and collaboration with physicians to support healing.

The position offers a one-day-per-week schedule, competitive compensation, and benefits including licensure reimbursement and CME opportunities while maintaining flexible workflows.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted NP license in applicable state(s).
Clinical experience in wound care or related specialty preferred but training is available.
Strong skills in debridement and care planning.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive physical exams and wound assessments.
Evaluate wound-related conditions to support healing.
Perform wound debridement and dressing changes per best practice.
Develop individualized care plans with Medical Director and care team.
Document patient encounters in the EMR within 24 hours.
Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention.
