Job summary

Crossview Church in Marietta, GA is seeking a part-time Worship Leader to create a culture of vibrant worship that helps people encounter God. Reports to: Senior Pastor. The position involves planning rehearsals, coordinating with worship pastors, and managing the worship budget.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and leading weekly rehearsals and worship services.
• Ability to schedule and communicate with team members.
• Comfort planning and overseeing a worship budget.

• Use Subsplash and ProPresenter to schedule, communicate with team members, and load service flows.
• Plan and oversee worship budget, including annual planning.

Crossview Church is seeking a part time Worship Leader to help create a culture of vibrant worship where people encounter God. This role requires a love for Jesus and a passion for leading others in worship. The Worship Leader works closely with Senior Pastor and volunteers to plan and lead worship experiences.

Reports to: Senior Pastor

Key Expectations

• Plan and lead weekly rehearsals and worship services in collaboration with other worship pastors and the Lead Pastor.
• Use Subsplash and ProPresenter to schedule, communicate with team members, and create and load service flows.
• Plan and oversee worship budget, including annual planning
• Foster a culture where team members feel loved, cared for, and encouraged to grow spiritually and in musical skill.
