Marathon Health, LLC is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist (20 hours per week) in Pontiac, MI. The therapist will provide musculoskeletal care, develop individualized treatment plans, and support worksite wellness initiatives.

The role includes assessment, treatment, education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to maximize functional progress and improve employee well-being. Requires CPTE-credentialed PT with a current state license and BLS.

Competenze

• BS, MS or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university (CAPTE).
• Current license from the state Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Understanding of clinical documentation requirements utilizing EMR software.
• Outpatient experience for adolescent and adult population.

Mansioni

• Administers appropriate physical therapy treatments including therapeutic exercise, activities, manual therapies, modalities, and patient education.
• Plans and executes a thorough goal-directed treatment program based on assessment results.
• Assist with care coordination and ensure patients follow up accordingly.
• May supervise and direct PTA’s in accordance with guidelines.
• Injury prevention education and worksite assessments as needed and/or applicable.
