The University of Tampa invites applications for a Part-Time Women’s Assistant Beach Volleyball Coach in Tampa. The role assists the head coach in organizing, developing, and executing a nationally competitive program.

The ideal candidate has coaching experience, knowledge of NCAA rules, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Responsibilities include practice prep, travel logistics, budgeting, academic mentorship, scheduling, fundraising, and supporting a diverse, inclusive team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of all aspects of coaching.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn The University of Tampa software programs such as Workday and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to embrace new technologies and innovative organizational practices.
