Job summary

AT&T Wellington, FL is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers with a consultative approach, helping them choose devices and services. You will participate in events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to grow sales.

The role offers a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with seniority-based planning and uncapped commissions for top performers. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and we provide tools, training, and coaching to help you

Responsibilities

On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
You'll participate in events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules in place.
