Job summary

AT&T is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers using a consultative approach and to earn through hourly pay plus uncapped commissions. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends, and you’ll have opportunities to grow through coaching and training provided for those new to sales.

Expect a role centered on community engagement, event participation, and assisting customers with online orders while staying current

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am–9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; flexibility to adapt to evolving tech and customer needs is key.
