Job summary

AT&T in Pineville, LA is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach to guide options and build lasting connections with every guest.

You’ll work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with events, online orders and outbound calls. You’ll meet and exceed sales targets with uncapped commissions, and you’ll receive tools, training and coaching to succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Training and coaching provided to help you meet and exceed your goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options using a consultative sales approach.
• Participate in store events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based scheduling.
• Meet and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission opportunities.
