Job summary

AT&T in Allen, TX is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose the best devices and services. You’ll use a consultative sales approach on the floor, with opportunities to fill online orders and reach out to potential customers.

You’ll work a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with paid training and uncapped commissions. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and AT&T provides tools and coaching to help you succeed.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling two weeks in advance.
• Remain flexible in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training and coaching are provided to help you succeed.
