Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience.
• Wireless sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Customer service and greeting customers in a friendly, timely manner.
• Learn promos, price changes, and policy updates proactively.
• Operate and troubleshoot POS systems, process transactions, and cash handling.
• Keep store clean, stock accessories, and displays current and compliant.
• Deliver outstanding service to retain and gain customers.
• Participate in outside sales events or promotions.
• Work flexible hours, weekends and holidays at various locations.
