Job Overview

Immediate hire with paid training. We are seeking driven, energetic, and customer‑focused sales professionals to join our growing Verizon Wireless retail sales program inside some of America’s largest retail stores. This role focuses exclusively on Verizon products and services, using a direct fulfillment model so customers order devices directly rather than purchasing from in‑store inventory. Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers inside the retail location and identify wireless needs.
• Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services.
• Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options.
• Process new accounts, upgrades, add‑a‑lines, and wireless activations.
• Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Schedule & Availability

Expected hours: 20–30 hours per week. Some travel may be required with mileage compensation when applicable. Flexible availability is strongly preferred. Current scheduling plans will likely focus on Tuesday through Saturday shifts. Candidates must be open to varying schedules as the program evolves to optimize coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
