Verizon Wireless is seeking driven sales professionals to join our in-store retail program located inside Walmart stores in Jackson, AL. You will engage customers, promote Verizon phones, plans, and services, and process activations through a direct fulfillment model that orders devices for customers.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, goal-driven, and comfortable working evenings and weekends with a flexible schedule.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, engaging with customers, and earning uncapped commission in a fast‑paced retail environment. Unlike traditional wireless retail positions, this role focuses exclusively on Verizon products and services. What You'll Do

• Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs
• Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services
• Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options
• Process new accounts, upgrades, add‑a‑lines, and wireless activations
• Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations

Schedule & Availability

• Expected hours: 30–40 hours per week
• Some travel may be required with mileage compensation when applicable

• Candidates must be open to varying schedules as the program evolves to optimize coverage

Job Description

Qualifications

Preferred

• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background
• Experience working in a customer‑facing environment
