Middlebury College Ski Areas is seeking a part-time, non-benefits eligible employee to support mountain operations. The role handles base lodge tasks, snow removal, event setup, and general site maintenance in winter conditions.

The starting wage is $18.90 per hour, with shifts that may include evenings and weekends. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable communication with diverse staff and guests, while supporting race and event operations and occasional search-and-rescue

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No specific experience required.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills beneficial.
• Basic First Aid is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Support base lodge operations, snow removal, event setup and cleanup, truck loading/unloading, and trash/debris removal.
• Perform work assignments per established procedures and policies.
• Report safety hazards or violations to supervisor.
• Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Perform other duties to support the department's mission.
• Provide race and event support and assist with search and rescue within ski area boundaries.
