The Winery at Bull Run and Old Farm Winery at Hartland is seeking a part-time Events Coordinator to assist the Event Manager with weddings and private events and manage day-to-day client communication.

Responsibilities include event setup and day-of coordination, vendor coordination, attending client meetings, and handling administrative tasks while maintaining professional client relations. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and lifting up to 60 lbs.

Competenze

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in events, hospitality, or food and beverage.
• Must work nights and weekends during peak event season.
• Proactive self-starter with ability to prioritize, solve problems and work under pressure.
• Hospitality experience with adaptability and effective decision making.
• Must stand for extended hours and lift up to 60 lbs.
