Job summary

Louis M. Martini Winery is seeking a Part Time Tasting Room Representative to welcome guests and present wines with enthusiasm. You will assist with daily tasting room duties, process purchases, stock merchandise, and help with events while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, wine knowledge, and comfort with POS systems. Weekend availability and a friendly, professional demeanor are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and experience in tasting rooms, customer service, or wine retail.
• Ability to communicate about wines and winery history with guests.
• Comfort with handling money and giving accurate change at a cash register.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide engaging wine experiences.
• Present wine and winemaking information to customers.
• Process purchases and orders at the POS.
• Assist with stocking, inventory, and hospitality events.
• Maintain a clean, organized tasting room and guest flow.
