Job summary

Riboli Family Wines in Ontario, CA is seeking a Part-Time Tasting Room Associate to greet guests, answer questions about wine and food, and process purchases at the tasting room. The role requires consistent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability and involves opening and pouring wine, maintaining the bar, patio, and private dining rooms.

You will also handle POS transactions, engage with guests, and contribute to a fast-paced,Team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hospitality-facing experience is required.
• POS familiarity, basic computer and math skills are preferred.
• Ability to carry up to 40 pounds.
• Bilingual Spanish is an additional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers at the Ontario tasting room and help guests choose from available wines.
• Open and pour wine and tasting flights; drive wine sales with accurate information.
• Process point-of-sale transactions and maintain the bar, patio, and private dining rooms.
• Work with teammates, follow company policies, and keep service areas ready for the next guest.
• Assist with basic cleaning and setup for service periods.
