Job summary

Riboli Family Wines is hiring a Part-Time Tasting Room Associate for our Ontario, CA location. You will greet guests, pour wines, share our family heritage, and help drive wine sales while delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. Training is provided for wine knowledge and food pairing as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hospitality-facing experience or more.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to government regulations.
• RBS and Forklift certification preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems or ability to learn them.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal direction.
• Basic computer and math skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and provide friendly service.
• Advise guests on wine selections and drive wine sales at the counter.
• Answer questions and make recommendations on wine and food menu.
• Handle routine point-of-sale transactions.
• Uphold brand standards for bar, patio, and private dining areas.
• Open and pour wine and tasting flights at counter and tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintain a neat work environment.
• Work with teammates during daily duties and operations.
• Adhere to policies and procedures.
