Job summary

Constellation Brands in Paso Robles is hiring a part-time Tasting Room Associate I to maintain our tasting room standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will present, pour and educate guests on our wines, lead tours, and share the winery story.

You will keep facilities clean, stock supplies, operate POS and WineDirect, and actively promote wine, events and tours to members. Must be at least 21, able to work weekends/holidays, and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the tasting room for opening and closing.
• Present, pour and educate customers on wines for tasting and lead tours.
• Share knowledge of our winery, wines and family story with guests & members.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facilities and stock supplies as needed.
• Operate POS and WineDirect interface accurately and efficiently.
• Actively promote the sale of wine, events and tours to members.
• Strong customer service, verbal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
