Responsibilities

• Assess eligibility and educate participants on food packages.
• Collect anthropometric and biochemical data to assess risks.
• Determine eligibility and complete certification per regulations.
• Provide referrals and follow up with health providers as needed.
• Travel to satellite WIC clinics to serve Lake County residents.
