Job summary

The Vitamin Shoppe is hiring a part-time Retail Key Holder in Newington, CT. You will support store leadership, engage customers, and help drive daily sales in a health-focused retail environment.

Responsibilities include assisting the management team, processing transactions, maintaining shelves and pricing, and upholding loss prevention standards. The role requires flexibility and a passion for wellness, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• Flexible schedule availability (holidays, weekends, locations) as a part-time associate.

Responsibilities

• Support Management Team and execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting others.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and selling.
• Serve as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Process customer transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products accordingly.
• Master product knowledge through continuous learning activities.
• Collaborate with Health Enthusiasts team.
• Maintain store upkeep, follow loss prevention standards, ensure timely product receipts, keep shelves full and priced correctly.
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required.
