Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience/instruction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (holidays, weekends, locations) depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct support for Management Team; execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and memorable shopping experiences.
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Process transactions and merchandise shelves with appropriate pricing.
• Master product knowledge through ongoing training.
