Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Activity Assistant in Elk Grove, CA to support wellness programming across independent living and assisted living. You will lead daily group activities, prepare spaces, and help coordinate community outings under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience leading groups with varying independence in a similar setting preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and insurance for transporting residents; willingness to obtain appropriate license for company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily group programs for residents in IL/AL and CFL as directed by the Director of Wellness Programming.
• Assist with transportation of residents to appointments and outings when needed.
• Prepare program spaces, supplies, and materials; ensure safety and accessibility; document activities per guidelines.
