Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Wellness Nurse under the Health and Wellness Director, providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising day-to-day activities by care staff.

This part-time, non-exempt role offers shifts including mornings and evenings, with a salary range of $32.00 to $36.00 per hour, and benefits such as PTO, flexible schedule, on-the-job training, EAP, and free parking.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN license and graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health or hospital setting preferred (2+ years).
• Knowledge of federal and state nursing regulations and practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Assist in training and supervising medication administration.
• Supervise care staff per state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per standards.
• Promote high-level service aligned with company mission.
• Conduct resident assessments.
