Job summary

Monarch Communities in Webster, PA is seeking a part-time Wellness Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Health and Wellness Director.

You will supervise care staff, assist with medication administration, perform resident assessments, and contribute to quality assurance while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Hours typically 3pm–11pm or 11pm–7am.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current LPN license.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in long-term care or related setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform required physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health, safety, and well-being of residents.
• Assist in training and monitoring of medication administration.
• Supervise care staff per regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance per standards.
• Promote high service level while upholding the company’s mission.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
