Job summary

HealthFitness, managing Harvard Recreation, seeks a friendly Front Desk Attendant to provide exceptional service and daily facility support. You will be the first contact for members and guests, handling check-ins and answering questions to foster a welcoming experience.

This part-time role offers mornings, evenings and weekends across 4–10 hours per week. A High School diploma and CPR/AED/First Aid certifications within 30 days are required to ensure safety and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in and assist customers.
• Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
