Job summary

The Club at New Seabury is seeking a Fitness Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for members, helping ensure a welcoming and high-standard experience. You will oversee front desk duties, assist members, and support the Fitness Center’s cleanliness and safety initiatives.

This year-round, part-time role requires weekend availability (Friday afternoons and weekend hours) to maintain service levels and member satisfaction within the club’s busy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months’ related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent member service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly upon entrance and exit.
• Answer phone inquiries, return voicemails, and provide information about the club and fitness programs.
• Stay knowledgeable of marketing communications and upcoming programs.
• Open and close the facility as required by the shift schedule.
• Ensure the Front Desk operates efficiently while role-modeling the company’s values and culture.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, restrooms, and locker rooms.
• Replenish products as needed and notify management when inventory is low.
