Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in health promotion, health education, public health, nursing, exercise physiology, kinesiology, nutrition, counseling, psychology, organizational well-being, or related field.
• Current health and wellness coaching certification from a nationally recognized or accredited credentialing organization; NBC-HWC strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in health and well-being coaching, employee well-being, health promotion, program management, or related field, including one-on-one coaching experience.
• Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering well-being programs, events, or employee engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-on-one well-being coaching across a broad range of health needs, with emphasis on prevention and behavior change.
• Build coaching relationships using evidence-informed approaches, including motivational interviewing and goal setting.
• Create individualized action plans with ongoing support, education, and accountability.
• Serve as a visible onsite well-being resource and trusted point of connection for employees.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate onsite well-being initiatives, sessions, campaigns, and events.
