Job summary

ComPsych is the world leader in organizational mental health and well-being solutions. We seek a Health & Well-Being Coach to consult with clients on physical and emotional well-being and contribute to program initiatives.

You will conduct assessments, tailor strategies, document outcomes, and guide clients through resources and referrals. You will build strong client relationships, deliver structured coaching sessions, and educate clients on the value of all services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years related experience required.
• Superior active listening and coaching skills; empathy toward client concerns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and apply coaching methodologies to develop tailored health strategies.
• Evaluate clients' concerns and determine appropriate resources, interventions, and referral pathways.
• Maintain compliant case documentation and report outcomes in the database.
• Demonstrate understanding of the product portfolio, including H&W, EAP counseling, work-life, and financial services; cross-referrals as needed.
• Provide guidance on services and referral procedures with clear client engagement throughout the coaching experience.
• Develop relationships with internal and external customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Design and facilitate coaching sessions; assess readiness for change and set measurable goals.
• Educate clients about coaching processes and the value of available services.
• Contribute to client-facing materials, tools, and resources.
• Facilitate online group coaching sessions and webinars.
• Use coaching frameworks like motivational interviewing and active listening to promote behavior change.
• Participate in program enhancements and independently manage projects to completion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
