Job summary

InnVentures through Aloft Phoenix Airport is seeking a friendly Van Driver for weekends. This role sets a precise 5a-1pm schedule on Saturdays and Sundays, providing safe transportation and a warm guest welcome.

You will transport guests and belongings, know the hotel and nearby area to answer questions, handle guest requests, keep the van clean and fueled, and assist other departments as needed. This part-time position offers benefits for eligible employees including medical/dental/vision, life

Qualifications

• Must have Class B Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to drive, read, write, type and use basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Transport and ensure prompt pickup or delivery of guests and their belongings.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel facilities and surrounding neighborhood to answer guest questions and make local recommendations.
• Handle guest complaints, questions or requests efficiently and satisfactorily.
• Ensure the van(s) are clean, in good condition and have adequate gasoline at all times.
• Assist in other hotel departments based on business demands.

As a Van Driver, you will be the first impression for our guests upon arrival and the last impression as they depart hotel. Your ability to provide safe transportation while engaging with our guests is essential.

This poistion is for a Part Time Weekend Driver. This person will have a set schedule of 5a-1pm Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications

This position requires that you have a Class B Driver’s License and a clean driving record. Previous customer service experience is preferred To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal communication skills. You must be able to drive, read, write, type and use basic technology. You must also be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
