Job summary

Aloft Phoenix Airport is seeking a friendly Van Driver for weekend shifts to create memorable guest experiences. This part-time role covers 5am–1pm on Saturdays and Sundays, with daily readiness to transport guests and luggage safely.

You'll need a Class B license and a clean driving record; strong communication and customer service help on busy hotel fronts. Benefits include health coverage options and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Class B Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Transport and ensure prompt pickup or delivery of guests and their belongings.
• Maintain knowledge of the hotel facilities and surrounding area to answer questions and provide local recommendations.
• Handle guest complaints, questions, or requests efficiently and satisfactorily.
• Ensure the van(s) are clean, in good condition and have adequate gasoline at all times.
• Assist in other hotel departments based on business needs.

As a Van Driver, you will be the first impression for our guests upon arrival and the last impression as they depart hotel. Your ability to provide safe transportation while engaging with our guests is essential.

This poistion is for a Part Time Weekend Driver. This person will have a set schedule of 5a-1pm Saturday and Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Transport and ensure prompt pickup or delivery of guests and their belongings.


• Maintain knowledge of the hotel facilities and the surrounding neighborhood in order toanswer guest questions and make local recommendations for places of interest.


• Handle all guest complaints, questions or requests efficiently and satisfactorily.


• Ensure the van(s) are clean, in good condition and have adequate gasoline at all times.


• Assist in other departments of the hotel based on business demands and hotel needs.

Qualifications

This position requires that you have a Class B Driver’s License and a clean driving record. Previous customer service experience is preferred To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal communication skills. You must be able to drive, read, write, type and use basic technology. You must also be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
