Job summary

MediLodge is seeking a part-time Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) in Holland, Michigan. The RN will coordinate and provide total nursing care for residents, supervise clinical staff, and ensure compliance with care standards.

The ideal candidate will have an accredited RN degree, a valid RN license in Michigan, and CPR certification. Experience is preferred, along with the ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Michigan required.
• Valid CPR certification required.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates team conferences for nursing care plans.
• Assesses and documents resident's condition.
• Implements physicians' orders.
• Supervises and evaluates LPNs, LVNs, and CNAs.
• Administers medications and performs treatments.
• Coordinates nursing care during therapy or procedures.
• Interviews applicants and participates in staff counseling.
