Job summary

MediLodge is seeking a part‑time or PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to coordinate and provide nursing care for residents at MediLodge of Holland. A valid LPN/LVN license in Michigan and CPR certification are required, with at least one year of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing.
• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Implements physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Assigns nursing care to team members based on needs and capabilities.
• Supervises junior staff and CNAs.
• Administers medications and performs treatments as required and documents care.
• Participates in orientation and in-service training for personnel.
• Ensures supplies are used economically and equipment is maintained safely.
• Coordinates nursing care during therapy or procedures.
