Amedisys Home Health is seeking a part-time Weekend Admissions RN for New Castle/Kent Counties. Must have HH/OASIS experience and an active RN license for the state.

Competenze

• 1+ year of RN clinical experience (or as approved by VP Clinical).
• Current RN license for the state of assignment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Mansioni

• Performs patient assessments and collaborates with the care team to develop and implement a plan of care.
• Makes referrals as indicated by patient needs and documents rationale for non-referral.
• Promotes patient health through teaching and rehabilitative measures.
• Supervises LPNs and HHAs.
• Completes documentation timely and accurately.
• Communicates patient progress to clinical manager and care team.
• Plans and provides staff education.
• Performs on-call responsibilities as assigned.
• Participates in continuing education and clinical development.
• Other duties as assigned.
