Job summary

Stryten Energy in Lancaster County is seeking a Weekend-only Production Light Assembly Associate to monitor injection-molding operations, trim plastic, assemble parts, and package finished goods. The role is physically demanding and requires standing, bending, and twisting during weekend shifts.

The position offers a stable schedule, day/night shift differentials, and opportunities to contribute to quality and safety in a manufacturing environment. High school diploma preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Pass a drug test and be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Handling various types of plastic products.
• Checking for visible defects to ensure quality standards are met.
• Performing light assembly of parts.
• Trimming and packaging components.
• Labeling finished products.
• Maintaining acceptable established production rates.
• Maintaining a safe and clean operation.
