Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Front Desk Clerk for the Edgewood Center. The role coordinates entry/exit for residents, guests and vendors and provides access for inspectors or emergency personnel. This position reports to the Assistant Manager or Manager and is not a security post.

Shifts are Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours each day, with compensation at $19–$20 per hour. Preferred candidates may be bilingual or multilingual and must maintain professionalism with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Mature, highly organized, calm and able to follow all property rules and policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate entry and exit for residents, guests and vendors.
• Answer Front Desk phone and direct calls as needed.
• Maintain building rules and regulations available to residents or inspectors.
