Job summary

Cornerstone Residential, based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Front Desk Manager for the Edgewood Center. The role includes coordinating front desk staff, ensuring safety protocols, and assisting the Security Manager during emergencies.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, and capable of maintaining confidential guest and vendor logs while ensuring compliance with building rules. Shift is Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm, with a compensation of $25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to administer and report on property rules and policies.
• Professional and respectful relationship with residents, vendors, contractors and other staff.
• Strong communication and staff supervision capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Secure the building and enforce entry/exit procedures for residents, guests, and contractors.
• Schedule and supervise front desk staff; maintain daily instruction logs and incident reports.
• Prepare employee time sheets and oversee front desk procedures and training.
