Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate home care to patients in their residences. You will assist with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily activities, while supporting independence and comfort.

You will monitor patients, follow the Plan of Care, and document changes. This role requires dependable teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• DFS certification current and valid.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and reading/writing skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care including hygiene, transfers, and ambulation.
