Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities, and accompany recipients to community activities to grow personal goals outside the home.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay as part of a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 assistance to recipients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and skill-building tasks.
• Support recipients in community activities to promote goals.
• Maintain a caring and respectful environment for clients.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
