Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and you may accompany clients into the community to grow personal goals.

This role can be full- or part-time, with paid training, a flexible schedule, and weekly pay. The interview process is conducted virtually to get you started quickly.

Qualifications

• Caregivers must be compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Must pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care to recipients.
• Support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany clients to community activities to achieve goals.
• Support Southeast Michigan community of mental health recipients.
