Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes, assisting with daily activities and skill-building goals for recipients living with varying needs.

You will help individuals grow, participate in community activities, and promote independence while maintaining a safe, respectful home environment. Flexible full- and part-time opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities
