Job summary

OPTIMIZED WASTE REMOVAL LLC is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician in the Saginaw, TX area. You will work independently at an apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.

The role requires outdoor work, adherence to schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–9:30 PM), and a valid driver’s license. Pay is $400 biweekly plus paid holidays, with opportunities to contribute to community upkeep.

Qualifications

• Pickup truck required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with current auto insurance.
• Smartphone with a data plan and working camera.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
