Responsibilities

• Check and process warranty claims to manufacturer standards.
• Submit all invoiced warranty jobs accurately and on time.
• Manage and resolve rejected warranty claims.
• Support the Accounts team with warranty payment reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate records within internal systems.
• Liaise with service teams, sites, and manufacturers regarding warranty queries.
