Community Counseling Solutions seeks a part-time Warmline Peer Support Operator to provide confidential, IPS-based support by phone across Oregon. You will train with the team, track data logs, and contribute to service improvement while respecting privacy and professional standards.

The role emphasizes lived experience, effective communication, and collaboration with a Shift Leader and Warmline Supervisor to ensure compassionate, non-judgmental support for callers.

Qualifications

• Must identify as a person with lived experience and provide support to others during difficult times.
• Certificate for Core Training in Intentional Peer Support (IPS) and registration with Oregon registry within 6 months.
• Ability to maintain confidential data logs and write clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Take calls from callers around the state and provide phone support per CCS training.
• Participate in ongoing training, teamwork, and shift-leader collaboration.
• Keep data logs, enter data, and present information accurately for warmline activity.
• Provide timely, professional information to callers and team members.
