Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of full-time warehouse or related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse procedures and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Strong communication, data entry, math skills and ability to use Workday and MS Office.
• Typing at least 40 wpm and ability to read procurement requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Receive warehouse orders in Workday and deliver stock to departments.
• Enter disbursements into Workday Inventory and restock items as needed.
• Check stock levels, create purchase orders, and monitor discrepancies.
• Process incoming stock, inspect items, and update records in the inventory system.
• Perform general warehouse duties and ensure safety compliance.
• Process pick tickets and weekly deliveries; coordinate with vendors for pricing.
