Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a part-time warehouse associate for the Z shift (Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM) at our Dallas, TX facility.

The role involves counting products, verifying shipments against manifests, and handling inbound and outbound shipments with a focus on accuracy and safety. You will unload trucks, pick orders, assist with inventory, and help maintain a clean, secure warehouse while following OSHA and internal quality guidelines.

Qualifications

Stable work history and reliable attendance are important.
Ability to work in a warehouse/distribution environment.
Experience with basic scanning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Count all products, compare them to manifest, and check shipments for damage or overages.
Sign for inbound shipments when necessary.
Unload inbound trucks and move products for storage.
Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type; assemble orders.
Ensure outbound shipments are correct and free of damage.
Repack and weigh orders as needed; report quality variances.
Assist in physical inventory and cycle counts.
Ensure proper stock rotation.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
Follow company quality guidelines and keep accurate records and reports.
Assist in maintaining warehouse security and promote safety; comply with OSHA standards.
